Move The Booty: Telltale Signs You Should Get Your Sweat On

Exercise is a key factor in living a healthy lifestyle. But what happens if you sit 8+ hours a day? Here are a few telltale signs you sit too much and need to incorporate a little more exercise into your daily routine:

1) You’re Constantly Tired

Even if you are getting enough sleep and eating right, you may still be sleepy. You should think about adding Cubii to your daily routine so you can move even while sitting. By doing just 20 minutes of moderate exercise three times a week, you can increase your energy levels by 20 percent.

2) You’re Suddenly Experiencing Pain

After a long night sleep, you wake up with aches and pains all over. We’ve all been there. A research study by Northwestern University found that insomniac middle-aged and older participants who exercised (along with other conditions) got 1.25 more hours of sleep.

5) You Need Help Resisting Temptation

You’re hitting that mid-afternoon slump and staring at the clock waiting to be free from your desk. This tends to be the time when you are most vulnerable to unhealthy snack temptations or if you’re a smoker, are bored and go for a smoke break. So instead of reaching for the bag of chips or cigarette, get some exercise in and Cubii. Research shows that the endorphin rush that comes with exercise works in the same way addictive substances do.
